Excematous Dermatitis
Excematous Dermatitis happen if seborrheic spread, there are lesions in the predilection; scalp, behind the ears, nostrils, middle of the chest, axilla, inguinal region.dermatitis is due to the propagation of secretions (exudates) of the primary lesion (focal infection) are located close together.Clinical:
found skin rashes such as: vesicles, pustules, crusting, and skuama. Multiform or linear-shaped lesions and accompanied by feelings of itching. Infectious eczematous dermatitis occurs when skin is exposed to the bacteria or chemicals contained in tissue exudates. The disease spreads from the local (focal) to the surrounding in a way that often occurs due to the release of secretions from the abscess, sinus, ulkul, furuncles, otitis media kornik, fistula or dirt from the eyes, nose or vagina.
Teraphy:
Compress when wet. Antihistamines can be used to suppress itching. Antibiotics are used if accompanied by secondary infections.
Corticosteroid preparations are also used in this therapy. To facilitate healing or in order not to relapse, removal or treatment of fokalnya cause should be done.
