Skin whitener is used of chemical to make people skin become whiter that before. This drug usually is in ointment form, they use this ointment mostly on their face, arms and feet. This drug actually dangerous to skin health because this drug formula usually use a kind of unsafe chemicals. This ointment whitener are use on their skin for several minutes and lets this drug become react with their skin. More faster effect to the skin more dangerous to the skin health, but people more prefer.

Many of this drug mix with soda because this chemical will react faster than others. After using this chemicals, the outer skin will peel out and change with a newer, and this new skin layer must cover to avoid of direct sun light. But if the treatment wrong, the skin then can get an infection, and the skin become irritation because of soda.

This ointment often use in a tropical countries like in Indonesia, beside this drug have a faster effect without see of bad effect to their skin health. This drug also very cheap because use of cheap material, soda. As natural reaction soda will react with cellulose to form an alkali cellulose. Skin is contain of cellulose so will react faster with this chemicals even in a few concentration, but mostly people don’t understand of this reaction. After the reaction to form alkali cellulose the skin cell will die, and change with the other skin cell, as body metabolism work on. If body metabolism is forced work on their certain part of body, the metabolism equilibrium can disturb, and people may suffer from other diseases or skin diseases easily, like skin cancer or others.
