So many free radical and many other factors can broken the skin, to treat the skin need more consistency and special intension in order to get beauty skin and health. The following ways are important to make your face skin free from many problem.
  1. Considering to the water use; Water quality that we use different each others. There are good, free from problem, free of smell, free of dirt, but part of us take water directly from ground water, this water source cannot be predicted the clean. Some women only use of mineral water to clean their face.
  2. Drink of green tea; Skin contain of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) that function to smoothing the skin. Andrea Cambio advise to drink cold green tea, because hot tea can cause rosacea. Green tea contain of epigallocetechin gallate that is useful for skin smoothing.
  3. Manage Stress; If people stress will produce cortisol hormone in the body, this hormone make the skin secrete oil, that invite bacteria to proceed this oil, the result then skin will produce acne. To manage stress people can practice of yoga or meditation. This activity can avoid from problems like acne, psoriasis, rosaceous and seborrhea.
  4. Clean Air; Smoke can make free radical that cause the skin damage and fasten the aging of skin. Better to avoid the air that contains of that pollutant. To avoid this pollutant you can install exhaust fan on the certain room like on the kitchen.
  5. Appropriate Toothpaste; Toothpaste that contains of tartar or taste substance like cinnamon can make the skin have perioral dermatitis. This condition similar with merge of acne, reddish and cracked about the mouth. Choose a neutral toothpaste to avoid this condition.
  6. Cautious of Sunshine in the room; UV light can enter the room and cause your skin broken. Not just that UV light that through the car windows also can cause skin cancer to the skin mostly expose to sunlight.
  7. Beware your Milk Consume; Girls that consume milk routine, 30 percent of them have acne while girls not consume milk have no acne. The problems also merge on adult women. If you consider lessen consume milk, make sure that you have other calcium source on your diet.
  8. Facial Cleanser; If you have dry skin, you need facial cleanser other than facial moisturizer. Facial cleanser non soap is more ideal because can substitute your moisturizer layer. You can use facial cleanser to avoid of dry skin, eczema, and psoriasis. If you using acne cured, wait for 10 minutes after using facial cleanser to minimize irritation.
  9. Choose hair cure with water base; Some of conditioner, pomade and styling cream contains of oil or candle that can inhibit skin porous, causing acne, especially on forehead, back and other part about face.
  10. Drugs; Several drugs like contra septic, antibiotic, fertility and anti-seizure can make acne on face. Anti-histamine, diuretic, and several antidepressant can cause skin dry.
  11. Sleep; When you sleep, the skin is repaired themselves. If you sleep deprivation, your body will feel stress, your body will secret of adrenaline and cortisol that cause acne and other skin problem. Try to take rest for about 7 to 8 hours a day in order your skin keep health.
