Pigmentation Disorder
Abnormalities pigmentation is the change in skin color as maculer, the color change of skin is become more white, more black or more brown. The causes of skin color changes are vary, the main source problem is on melanin.Several skin diseases that involve in skin color changes are as follows:
- Ephelis
- Melasma
- Lentigo
- Dermatitis Mongol
- Mongolian spots
- Albinism
- Vitiligo
- Hypomelanosis gutata idiopatic
- Discromia after inflammation
- Pitiriasis alba
Several related term that in connection with pigmentation such as; melanosit, melanosom, melanin, hypopigmentation, melanoderm, and melanosis. Beside that we need to know about the melanin process and the processes that connection with them.
