Ulcers on Skin

Skin ulcer disease usually affects the lower limb and upper limb with several causes including infection, blood vessel disorders and malignancy.

Including these groups are:

1. Ulcer neurotropic
2. Ulcer Varicosis
3. Ulcer arterial
4. Ulcer tropicum

Actually there are many other types of skin ulcers, but the group above is considered more characteristic for skin ulcers that attacks the extremities, especially the lower extremities.

Ulcer Neurotropic
neurotrophic ulcer is a chronic ulcer that occurs inadvanced stages of some chronic systemicdisease, especially on the soles of the feet of an anesthetic. In Morbus Hansen often referred to mal perforans du pied.

3. Organic Non-occlusive disorders.- Example: aneurysm, hematoma, arteriovenus anastomosis, trauma, radiation.

Ulcer Tropicum
The term ulcer tropicum has been used for variousskin diseases with a wound in the leg or foot ulcerscaused by various micro-organisms such assyphilis, yaws or pyoderma, vincent even get 2types of germs that simbiotic always in the legulcers in the tropics, namely: Basillus fusiformisand Borrelia vincentii (spirillum).
